Working to make individual counselling affordable, and accessible, and provide an alternative counselling experience for ages 12+ through the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy. After 18 years of working as a counsellor in health services, and witnessing the multiple barriers individuals face when trying to access and navigate support, I went into private practice to make counselling affordable

and accessible. Having grown up in rural Alberta and working with diverse individuals in schools, the justice system, and with unhoused populations, I understand the individuality of a person's experiences, current situations and needs. After training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I experienced its rapid relief and recognized its potential to transform mental health care for those who struggle with traditional methods. My focus is reducing as many barriers to service as possible by offering free consults and system navigation, flexible meeting locations, reduced rates, and adaptable session hours to meet your needs.

As of Jan 1/26 I am covered by ASEBP benefits! ART helps with compassion fatigue/burn out, past critical incidents, moral injury and day to day stressors, in additon to so much more. I love using it with administrators, teachers and EAs to improve capacity and help return people to their authentic selves ❤️
