The Canadian Equine Therapy Institute is currently seeking the donation of a horse for educational anatomy and dissection training on Friday, May 22.

Through this hands-on learning experience, students gain a deeper understanding of equine anatomy, helping to develop stronger, more knowledgeable equine therapists for the future.

Your horse’s contribution would continue to make a meaningful impact through education and learning.

What is included:

One thing that has always been important to me is providing comprehensive, individualized care for each horse, rather than limiting treatments to just one modality.

Each session is tailored to what the horse needs and may include a combination of:

• Massage
• Chiro
• Osteo
• Acu
• K-taping
• Feed analysis
• Herbology
• Homeopathy
• Saddle fit evaluation

This multi-modal approach allows for a more complete assessment and treatment, supporting the horse as a whole.

While reviewing pricing within our region, I found that many practitioners charge significantly more for a single specialized treatment alone. On average, one individual modality locally is about 25% higher than my upcoming adjustment, even before combining multiple therapies in one session.

With the continued rise in fuel costs, inflation, and operating expenses, there will be a small adjustment to service pricing, and travel will now include a fee depending on distance.

These changes help ensure I can continue providing thorough, high-quality care while keeping my small independent business sustainable.

This week was incredibly busy, but I want to express my deepest gratitude and thankfulness to all my supporters! It’s the perfect time to say thank you to all of you during Thanksgiving weekend. 🍂

I was fortunate enough to help prepare some colts for the Highwood Select Horse Sale and meet with some of my regular clients for maintenance and follow-ups. I also received a very special gift from a talented young rider that I am so fortunate to sponsor through her rodeo career.

I want to thank everyone who has been with me from the very beginning, to those who are new to me, and to those who have never given up on me, helping you help your horse!
