How can you make the most of it? We can start with being intentional with our health & how we spend our time.

-Move your body. Steady state exercise. Walking. Biking. Swimming. A minimum of 30 minutes a day.
-Get outside for fresh air & sunlight. You’d be amazed at how fast a couple deep breathes & some sunlight can cure a lot of things. Minimum 20 minutes a day!
-Hydrate. Electrolytes. Nutrients. Lemon water & sea-salt is naturally fresh & hydrating.
-Eat nutrient dense, fresh foods. We are in a season of growing & readily available fresh food - prioritize that. Vegetables. Fruit.
-Detox. Whether it’s a digital detox, sugar, guilty pleasures - detox it. Take a break from things that consume your habits & time.
-Pray. Meditate. Practice gratitude. Each day find one thing you’re grateful for and acknowledge that.
-Connect & reconnect. Find new connections that fill your cup or reconnect with old ones.
-Practice self care & gratitude. You are doing amazing, give yourself the credit that’s due. Make sure you’re taking care of YOU!

WELL NOT TO FEAR!!! We’re not going far. At all. In fact we’re only going two doors down from our current location!! HOW PERFECT, RIGHT?!?
