The message for today is self care. Something I'm not very good at! Tuesday is our first afternoon market in Claresholm, AB and here we both are with dirty colds! Plus, after about 2 years, I started seeing a chiropractor again and he has had to lift my left hip about 2 inches he says, not to mention various other adjustments like my neck. Good news is I no longer have a perma headache, but my hip is gonna give me some grief for a bit yet. So I guess helping Rusty jack the front of our truck up a couple of weeks ago was a bad idea? lol So, this week we have to take care of ourselves. Eat decently, take the appropriate vitamins and stuff and accept healing from anywhere and everywhere. Next week, we'll be in Claresholm for the afternoon market with bells on!

Something that does happen frequently is: Yesterday morning, Sunday, I was contemplating life as we do and in my side vision I could see a figure curled up sleeping in the bed closest to the bathroom in our motel room in Radium Hot Springs. Now, I knew Rusty was outside enjoying his morning fresh air lol so as usual when we travel, this was a wandering spirit who was enjoying our bed. Not an unusual experience for us because when they realize yes, we can see them, they love to share our life. But being who I am, I took just that minute to "move" her into the light, up the staircase to her waiting loved ones. Keeping the "path" open, I heard her door slam shut and then 2 more. This is how I know they made it to Heaven. One was a fellow and one a German Shepard. Anyone has the ability to show an earth bound spirit the light and it only takes a moment. Glad to be of help and glad that there's 1 motel room clear for awhile at least. I took this video Saturday. What do you see?.

A follow up to my written post yesterday.

So today, I felt compelled to "open" to receive a message. I'm a mother who never gave birth to children and so really don't mark the day and was actually surprised at who had been knocking at my Clair Door. Glenda and I do think Francis follows me here - Your sister, Pat is who came through! (I won't print their last name, but those of you who know, will know.) Now for those of you who wouldn't know, the girls were 2 roads east of us and the sisters all went to Littlewood school, whereas me and my sister went to SS #6 Delaware. Both 1 room schools. Patricia went on and made a great life for herself in my opinion, but she never had children... Like me... Or so I thought. This afternoon, as I lay resting, Pat showed me a beautiful little girl with blonde curls and claimed her as her own. She asked that I tell her sisters to not feel sad for her today, because she and this little girl are all safe, sound and very happy up in heaven. She doesn't want anyone to remember her with anything but joy because she told me she got to live a life like we never thought possible in our farming county, with our little beginnings. Eddie is there with her too. Makes me tear up because once again, I am honored to share what I can do with those who I've my life with. Wishing everyone a wonderful Mother's Day!

As we waltz through this life, there will be stumbles, tumbles and s**t thrown in your path. The mission sometimes is to just find what direction that first next step should take. But always remember your guides are only trying to teach you something and what seems like a huge fail, is actually just a notch in your belt of achievements.
