Friendly reminder this time of year again ☀️
Please be mindful and understand we do not have a receptionist to answer the phone. I travel from my hometown Twillingate so knowing cancellations before hand would be much appreciated 🤗
I understand that a no-show fee might seem strict, but self-employed individuals, like therapists, rely on these appointments for their livelihood. When appointments are missed without notice, it impacts their ability to sustain themselves. In fact, when you miss an appointment, that therapist does not get paid for the time set aside for you. Being self-employed involves risks, and managing no-shows is one of the challenges.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment (excluding emergency circumstances).
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, a cancellation fee of 50% may be charged. This fee also applies to no shows.
If you are running late or need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible by contacting through one of the options below. This helps manage my schedule and ensure everyone receives the attention they need.
However, due to accommodating my schedule, your appointment time may understandably be cut short if you arrive late.
Clients who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments will regretfully be discharged from service as you will not reach your health goals.
I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting your service provider’s time- whether it's your healthcare provider, esthetician, hairstylist, photographer, tutor, tattoo artist, etc.
