A small name change, and a big step forward.

This page is now called Hidden Valley Counselling — a shift that reflects the work I’ve been stepping into more fully: supporting individuals, youth, and families through counselling, both online and here at the farm.

If you’ve followed this page for the horse programs, don’t worry the horses remain a meaningful part of my work, and equine‑assisted sessions and youth programs will continue. They’re simply becoming one branch of a larger counselling practice.

Thank you for walking alongside me as Hidden Valley grows into its next chapter.
