Give Jeff a wave! 👋

Some of the most important journeys aren't measured in kilometres. They're measured in moments.

This week, Jeff is helping a husband visit his wife in long-term care, making it possible for them to spend precious time together.

Every day, our transportation drivers help people stay connected to the people and places that matter most. Whether it's a medical appointment, a Community Care program, or a visit with a loved one, every ride helps strengthen the connections that enrich our lives.

If you see Jeff out on the road this week, give him a wave! 👋 It's a small way to thank him for the care and compassion he brings to every journey.

Our drivers are helping drive care forward every day. If you'd like to support accessible transportation in our community, visit drivecare.ccckl.ca to make a donation.

What do our Friendly Visitors love most about volunteering?

We asked a few of our wonderful volunteers to share what makes being a Friendly Visitor so meaningful to them. From building genuine connections to the personal fulfilment they get from volunteering, it’s the little moments that can make a big difference.

If you’ve been thinking about volunteering, we'd love to hear from you! Become a Friendly Visiting volunteer and help brighten someone’s day while building a meaningful connection in your community.
