What Is a Sauna Hat?

A sauna hat is a wool hat designed to be worn during a sauna session. Since heat rises, your head is exposed to some of the hottest temperatures in the sauna. The wool material helps insulate your head from the heat, allowing you to stay comfortable for longer.

A sauna hat can also help protect your hair from excessive heat and dryness, making it a simple accessory for a more comfortable sauna experience.
