Bro-Laties is a men’s-focused Pilates event designed for guys who want to:

✔️ Improve mobility and flexibility
✔️ Move better in everyday life

We’re calling all dads, gym guys, golfers, hockey players, runners, weekend warriors, and anyone who wants to move better!
