Our residents had a wheelie good time when the Border Town HOG stopped by for a special visit!

The rumble of the engines brought plenty of smiles as our residents got to see the motorcycles up close, chat with the riders, and enjoy a little biker fun right here at Points West Living.

A huge THANK YOU to the Bordertown H.O.G. Chapter for cruising by, sharing their bikes, and spending some time with our residents. We loved having you!

Join Us for Our Silver Fox Walk!

We’re proud to be working with the Terry Fox Foundation to help support cancer research and continue Terry’s incredible legacy.

On September 17th at 2:00 p.m., we’ll be stepping out together for our Silver Fox Walk! We’ll be kicking things off in the Points West Living lobby before heading over to Anniversary Park for an afternoon of movement, community, and fundraising. Donations received will go towards cancer research at the Terry Fox Foundation.

We’re also looking for volunteers to join us and assist our residents along the walk! Whether you’re walking alongside a resident, helping push a wheelchair, or simply providing some encouragement, your support will help make this a meaningful and enjoyable experience for everyone. If interested in volunteering, please contact our Recreation Therapist Jolie @ [email protected].

Greg (pictured right) is always ready to lend a helping hand, whether he’s fixing something that needs fixing, helping a resident with a little project, or simply taking the time to stop and have a chat. His friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to help make a difference in our community every day.

We’re getting ready for our upcoming Yard Sale, starting tomorrow, and we’d love a little help from our wonderful community!

We’re still looking for donations of gently used household items to help fill our tables. Have some home décor, kitchen goodies, small household items, books, games, or treasures you no longer need? We’d be happy to give them a new home!

And of course… we need our amazing volunteers! Whether you can help us set up, sort donations, run the sale, or simply lend a hand for a little while, every bit of help makes a difference.

This yard sale is a chance to come together, find a few treasures, and help support meaningful recreation and experiences for our residents.

We're here to remind everyone about our Community Yard Sale on August 19–21 and we'd love for you to be part of it!

Donate your gently used items, stop by to shop, and help support recreation programming for our residents. Every dollar raised goes right back into creating meaningful activities, special events, outings, and memorable moments for those who call Points West Living home.

We are also looking for volunteers to help us with this event! Please comment below or email our Recreation Therapist Jolie @ [email protected] if you are interested in becoming one of our valued volunteers!

Together, we can turn pre-loved treasures into new experiences for our residents. We hope to see you there!
