Kori-anne holds a bachelors in Kinesiology and is a RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist❤️‍🔥

Crystal offers multiple modalities to treat yourself with her main focus being in fascial release. A Remedial Advanced Massage Therapist of 23 years, and is also a RAPID Neurofascial Reset Specialist❤️‍🔥

Lisa offers even more classes at the Servus Sports Centre in where you can find her throughout the week leading Yoga & Zumba❤️‍🔥

See you all this Tuesday at 6:45AM & 4:00PM double bounce day❤️‍🔥💯 We spent 4 hours of cardio last night and celebrations continued afterward so JumpFX🇨🇦 hits the snooze button today! Rest days are deserved and this one was certainly earned🫶🌷

JR and Jonathan are on tour, but the bounce stays on! The Wildflowers instructors (Crystal, Lisa & Koreann) will be leading our very first collaborative JumpFX class together. We’ll be blending the energy of Zumba with the fun of JumpFX and bringing our own unique styles to the trampoline!
