Things not allowed in my treatment room :

❌ cellphones with volume on high - the hubby can wait

❌ earbuds - your muscles have plenty to say

❌ speakerphone convos - your Aunt can hear about it after

❌ work emails - your shoulders already know your job

❌ strong perfumes - my sinuses thank you

❌doom scrolling - your neck called, it’s filing a complaint

❌ being sick - your germs don’t need a massage

✅ fully encouraged : deep breaths, comfortable communication, water, a good nap

A reminder to all clients that your intake forms must be completed once every year.

These forms are not just paperwork—they are an important part of providing you with safe, effective, and individualized care. It is my professional and ethical responsibility to ensure your health information is current before treatment begins.

If your annual intake forms have not been completed, I reserve the right to refuse treatment until they are. This policy is in place to protect both you and me and to ensure I have the most up-to-date information regarding your health, medications, injuries, surgeries, and any changes that may affect your treatment.

Please complete your forms to the best of your ability before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me provide the safest care possible.
