Gardening season is officially here!🌱🌷
Now that we are done with snow …🤞🏼we can share some tips to help keep you pain free this summer!
These few simple movement habits can help prevent back, neck, and knee pain while working in the yard:👩🌾
🧎🏻Stretch before you start
🏃🏽Change positions often
❌ Avoid bending for long periods
🧎🏼♀️➡️ Squat or kneel instead of rounding your back
🧎🏻Use a cushion for your knees
🕺🏽 Take movement breaks every 20–30 minutes
🚶🏼♀️ Gently stretch after you’re done!
Your body loves movement, but it also loves variety. Small changes can make a big difference in preventing aches and injuries!
