We're excited to welcome Jack, a Certified Athletic Therapist who is passionate about helping people recover, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

Jack's treatment approach combines hands-on care with evidence-based rehabilitation, including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, therapeutic exercise, and individualized rehabilitation planning. Jack also has training in injury prevention, biomechanical assessment, and client education to help reduce the risk of future injuries.

With experience working alongside university varsity athletes, high-level U18 athletes, and clients of all ages in both clinic and school settings, Jack brings a well-rounded approach to care. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to sport, managing everyday aches and pains, or looking to improve movement and function, Jack is committed to providing personalized care tailored to your goals.
