Last night I had the absolute pleasure of doing some art with and and it was amazing 🤩 🎨

This workshop was connected to the Zentangle Method ✍️ which is a meditative art practice that is good for the mind, body and soul 💫 💕

Next week (Thursday, June 24 @ 6pm EST) I have the absolute pleasure of having Yvonne come on IGTV LIVE with me to talk about how she got into this and the physical, mental and emotional benefits of doing this work.

“Look ma, it had pockets” 👖 🤣🤣

I decided to be a little more put together today. Firstly because we are finally coming out of lockdown and I have lots or errands to run, so let’s look cute doing it💄 secondly, and more importantly, because when I take care and look good I feel good 💃🏽

Getting dressed and put together is part of my mental and emotional self care 😊

Tonight I’m going to be talking self care with Anna @ 5pm PST/ 8pm EST. Grab and drink 🍹 and a snack 🍪 and come join us 👯‍♀️
