Hello Everyone!
We are so pleased to offer our first Let Your Yoga Dance Official CLASS as Gratitude -Thanksgiving -Blessing
Deep Gratitude to everyone who attended our practice teaching classes!
The feedback has been very positive and we loved sharing this beautiful practice of gentle yoga, movement, and music as we lovingly open the 7 Chakra energy center’s in our body! Beginning with 1Root, 2 Sacral, 3 Solar Plexus-Power, 4 Heart, 5 Throat, 6 Third Eye Intuition and 7 Crown - Connection to the Universe

I’m so blessed to have Rachel McGarry returning to share her beautiful voice and energy with us! Congrats again Rachel on the release of your CD Songs for Savasana (now available on iTunes and Spotify

We have space for max 20 students in the beautiful loft space so please register early as we will need to close registration at 20. You will need yoga mat, water, comfy clothes, wrap, some yoga mats and blankets are available at the studio.

July 30th Day of Action - London and Middlesex Neighbourhood Legal Services’ Rally to Save Legal Aid

July 30th has been designated a Provincial Day of Action by the Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario. Across Ontario, community legal clinics like ours will be hosting events to fight back against the government cuts to Legal Aid. Please join us on July 30th from 12-3PM in Covent Garden Market Square for a rally to save Legal Aid. We will also be hosting a pop-up legal clinic at this time. Popcorn and refreshments to be served.
While not required, please RSVP if you are able to so that we know we can count on your support.
