Our Level 2 Postpartum Strength Group Class begins in a few weeks - on June 17th! If you know a mama that wants to get stronger or may be experiencing pelvic floor issues and needs support from a pelvic floor physio as well as a community of other moms, let them know about our class! You do not need to complete Level 1 prior to Level 2, it just depends on where you are at in your postpartum journey! This Level 2 group class involves more advanced core rehab, functional strength training, conditioning and introduces speed and impact. Babies are welcome! Spring is finally here and your garden needs attention!

Here are some tips from our team to help avoid garden injuries:
1. Pace and take frequent breaks!
2. Try and squat and use your legs to lift soil and mulch
3. Switch sides when shoveling and tilling.
4. Ask a friend or family member to help lift the heavier stuff
5. Try to move things in smaller chunks
