Hi mamas! Break Free is excited to be offering our next round of Group Physiotherapy Classes for Postpartum moms in Northeast London! If you are currently postpartum or giving birth soon, these classes may be for you. The next round of Level 1 starts September 23rd, and Level 2 classes start September 9th!

You do not need to complete Level 1 prior to Level 2, it just depends on where you are at in your postpartum journey!

These classes are physiotherapist-led and will incorporate core and pelvic floor rehab and functional strength training over 6 sessions per level, in a group setting with a maximum of 6-8 mothers total.

It can be hard to find the time and energy to workout after having a baby. Babies are welcome to these classes and you will be joining a community of moms who have similar goals and are going through a similar life stage with all the fun, and chaos!

If you're unsure if this class is a good fit for you, please give our clinic a call or send us a message!

Time to get strong mamas!

🤱Mamas we understand life gets busy!

Juggling school drop offs, meal prep and running after your little ones leaves you very little time to work out.

On top of that, leakage and pain can happen with lifting and keeping up with your kids.

Don't let pain stop you. Work with a pelvic floor physiotherapist to help you get back to what brings you joy!

Pelvic floor physiotherapy can help with leakage, prolapse, pelvic pain and much more.

Stop by our clinic and meet Jess our pelvic floor physiotherapist if you're dealing with the above symptoms.

Or meet the rest of the team if you're dealing with:
- Back Pain
- Leg Pain
- Difficulty lifting your child
- Sciatica
- Neck pain
- Tingling or numbness down your arms

Struggling with an injury along with a chronic illness? 😔

We totally understand how frustrating it can be to manage an underlying condition while trying to get back to something you love.

That's why we've brought Tarra in to tell you you're not alone!

Healing is never a straight line and sometimes our expectations can get the better of us.

Remind yourself that it's okay to have bad days. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace.

If you need help, come visit us at our clinic - our physios get it. It can be hard to rehab from an injury alone.

You can do it! We believe in you!

Avoiding running for a short while, allowing your muscles to recover and prevent injury for your next PR.

✅Dry Needling
✅Acupuncture
✅Myofascial Release
✅Manual Therapy
