It’s not too tight – you’re swollen and it’s giving great compression!

Compression is a huge part of your surgical journey. It helps with managing swelling, promoting wound healing, and in some procedures it helps support muscles or implants.

It may feel extra tight at first, but as your swelling comes down, you won’t need Odysseus-level (or Nurse Lexy-level)strength or wisdom to get it on!

No upgrades needed – when my old Alastin Hydratint is finished, I’m immediately restocking it with another tube of the same greatness!

This sunscreen is my favourite for daily protection. It provides enough tinted coverage that I don’t feel the need to cover up my acne-prone skin with more makeup. This makes it perfect for this HOT sunny weather we’re having ☀️

I’ve been off for a surgical recovery, and as someone who is usually nonstop busy, it’s been extremely challenging to rest and allow my body to recover.
