Keeping our residents moving safely! 💙

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Mobility 1st for joining us yesterday for a free mobility equipment maintenance visit! They took the time to inspect and perform much needed maintenance on our residents’ walkers and wheelchairs, helping ensure everything is in great working order.

Not only was this an incredibly valuable service, but our residents absolutely loved the visit and all the extra attention they received. Just take a look at those smiling faces! 😊

🎉 June Birthday Celebrations! 🎉

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our June birthdays here at Waverley Mansion! Residents enjoyed a fun afternoon of bowling, delicious chocolate cupcakes, and plenty of laughs. It was great to see such an amazing turnout!

Meet Alfred! 👋

Alfred has been a cherished member of the Waverley Mansion community for over a year, and we truly couldn’t imagine life without him.

If you’ve spent any time in our activity room, chances are you’ve seen Alfred sharing a smile, a laugh, or a kind word with those around him. His positive attitude is contagious, and he has a wonderful way of brightening everyone’s day.

When our regular bingo caller isn’t available, Alfred happily steps up to the microphone and keeps the fun going with a smile. He’s always willing to lend a helping hand to his neighbours and is a fantastic example of the caring community we have here at Waverley.

Thank you, Alfred, for everything you do. We are so lucky to have you as part of the Waverley family! ❤️

Our residents were all smiles as they enjoyed the treats and prizes they won during bingo! From sweet snacks to fun goodies, there’s nothing quite like hearing “BINGO!” and getting to pick out a prize.
