Yesterday, the ASMC team traded the clinic for the ballpark to celebrate our 4-year anniversary! ⚾️🎉

For one afternoon, we swapped patient schedules for scorecards, treatment rooms for stadium seats, and enjoyed some well-deserved time together as a team.

We’re incredibly grateful to our physicians, therapists, staff, referral partners, and patients who have helped make the last four years possible. Thank you for being part of the journey.

Here’s to four amazing years of ASMC—and many more ahead!

“Big needle for a big pain with big results.”

As an inquisitive fella, I had a lot of questions going into my PRP injection. Cheryl took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain exactly how Platelet Rich Plasma works. I learned a ton and felt comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Danielle Kelton performed the injection, and honestly, the results exceeded my expectations ten-fold. My wrist is really good now. To be fair, I was skeptical at first — but the outcome has completely changed my mind.

Bonus: I even got to bring home a 10 mL syringe as a souvenir for my automotive repairs. 😂

Big congratulations to ASMC’s own Dr. Danielle Kelton on an incredible achievement! 🇨🇦🏒

Dr. Kelton has completed her time in Milan working with the 2026 Winter Paralympics, serving as Team Canada’s lead physician for the Men’s Para Ice Hockey team.

After weeks of dedication supporting athletes through training, competition, and recovery, the team brought home an incredible silver medal 🥈 — a testament to their resilience, teamwork, and elite performance on the world stage.

We are so proud to have Dr. Kelton representing Arbeau Sports Medicine Centre and Canada at the highest level of sport. Your commitment to athlete care and excellence inspires us all!

An incredible opportunity to bring together her love of sport, medicine, and travel — all while caring for some of Canada’s top young athletes on the international stage. 🌍⚽️
