Meet Stacie Gartly, BA, Executive Administrator at EPIC Recovery.

Stacie helps turn EPIC’s mission into meaningful action. She coordinates daily operations, communications, community partnerships, events, and the many moving pieces that allow EPIC’s services and recovery community to continue growing.

With lived experience of addiction and recovery, Stacie brings both professional leadership and personal understanding to her work. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcomed, respected, and less alone, whether they are reaching out for support, attending an event, or connecting with EPIC for the first time.

Often working behind the scenes, Stacie helps ensure that ideas become action, people stay connected, and the details never overshadow the reason EPIC exists: to help people build meaningful lives in recovery.

If you are unsure where to begin, Stacie can help connect you with the appropriate member of the EPIC team.

Addiction and recovery are often surrounded by assumptions that can create shame, confusion, or barriers to seeking support.

Our Myth vs. Reality series takes a closer look at common beliefs about substance use, treatment, and recovery. By replacing assumptions with clearer information, we can create more informed conversations and help people explore their options without judgment.

Recovery does not look the same for everyone. The right support depends on the individual, their circumstances, and their needs.

The EPIC Recovery Weekend Program provides structured, non-residential recovery education, professional support, practical tools, guided reflection, and meaningful connection for eligible adults.

Mental health does not exist in a separate part of our lives.

It can shape how we cope, connect, make decisions, respond to stress, and experience recovery. Substance use and mental health concerns can also overlap, each affecting the other in ways that deserve understanding rather than judgment.

On World Mental Health Day, we are making room for the full picture: the feelings people hide, the circumstances behind their coping, and the courage it can take to let someone else in.

You do not have to wait until things become unbearable to ask for support. And you do not need to have the perfect words before starting the conversation.

October 10 is World Mental Health Day. Let’s keep making honest conversations safer.

A long weekend can change your schedule, but it doesn't change our community's routine.

This Thanksgiving Monday, we are sticking to what works: showing up and connecting with peers.

Whether you need a sense of normalcy amidst the long weekend or just want to connect with familiar faces, our doors are open at 6:00 PM and group starts promptly at 6:30 PM.

When we feel anger, it often means there’s another emotion we’ve been holding inside. If we don’t learn to listen to and process those emotions, we can easily fall back into old habits. Join us on YouTube as we explore the feeling of anger and the important role it plays in addiction recovery.
