Facing an unexpected pregnancy can feel overwhelming, and holding so many emotions at once takes courage.

In Canada, there are three legal options you have when facing an unexpected pregnancy, each with its own considerations:

Parenting: Many people choose to parent, and support is available for practical needs, emotional care, and community resources. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Adoption: Adoption is a thoughtful, loving choice with flexible plans. We can help you understand the different types of adoption and explore what may fit your unique situation.

Abortion: If you have questions about abortion, you deserve accurate, trustworthy information and a safe, pressure‑free place to talk through your feelings.

You don’t need to rush. Taking time to ask questions and reflect can bring clarity. If you’d like a safe place to process your thoughts, feelings, and options, we're here to support you with compassion.
