Summer is off to a great start for our Rebirth team! 💞

Here’s what we’ve been up to…

- We’ve expanded our massage, physio, instructor, and counselling team — which means shorter wait times and timely follow‑ups for our clients. 🙌🏻

- We attended the Grounded Event The Beach Hangar hosted by ROCKING VIBE JEWELRY & lululemon , where our Naturopath Dr. Mackenzie Mayers, ND offered ear‑seeding treatments, and our Holistic Facialist & Lymphatic Expert Stef | Lymphatic Drainage Face + Body• London ont provided facial glow ups to all participants. 💆🏻‍♀️

- Our new Byron Village location has grown, now offering counselling, physio, manual osteopathy, and CranioSacral Therapy! We also wrapped up our first season of our Free Mom Group in Byron, hosted by our incredible social workers — these moms made such meaningful connections. 👩🏻‍🍼 (Join us at Central over the Summer!)

- We hosted a variety of fitness classes and pre + postnatal workshops at our studios, along with our favourite annual offering: prenatal yoga on the green space in Wortley Village.

- Danielle Revington danielle.revington.counselling & Heather Vanderkam hosted their 20th Ease Mama Retreat! Thank you to everyone who participated.

- We’re now offering an Acupuncture Clinic on the first Friday of every month for $60, with direct billing available for most insurance plans.

- Every Friday, our IV Therapy Clinic runs in our Central studio! Fuel up, replenish, and hydrate with us this summer. Book your virtual consult and join us this week.💧
