🏌️‍♂️ A Great Day on the Links at the 2026 London Greek Open! 🇬🇷

Logan-Evans Funeral Home and Westview Funeral Home are proud to be longtime Diamond Sponsors of the London Greek Open, and we were thrilled to once again be part of this fantastic event!

Funeral Home Owner Dave Pizzey, Funeral Director Alanna Cornish, Pre-Arrangement & Aftercare Funeral Director Linda Boden, and good friend of the funeral home Dave Burke enjoyed a day on the links together.

And what a day it was! ☀️🌧️💨

We endured sunny skies, dark clouds, torrential rain, strong winds—and just about everything else Mother Nature could throw our way!

But through it all, there were plenty of great shots, questionable shots, lots of laughs, and, most importantly, great company. In the end, it was a wonderful day of golf and an even better day spent supporting the London Greek community.

The Logan Funeral Home has a long tradition of working with the Greek Community in London.

This history goes back to the early 1900’s when George Logan attended St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral where the Greek Community worshipped when immigrating to Canada.

This tradition of service continues today with our newly amalgamated Logan-Evans Funeral Home and we are proud to support the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Community and are honoured by their support of our funeral home.

Due to a scheduling conflict, along with some facility improvements currently underway at the Westview Funeral Home, we have made the decision to postpone our upcoming Professional Speaker Series that was scheduled for July 8th.

It was a pleasure for Dave Pizzey, owner of Logan-Evans Funeral Home & Cremation Centre and Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, to welcome the Boden brothers and receive thoughtful thank you plaques in recognition of our sponsorship during their successful hockey season.

We are proud to support these outstanding young athletes as they represented the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks and the Mount Brydges Cougars with dedication, sportsmanship, and hard work.

Dave also had the opportunity to congratulate both boys on earning spots on their respective Elgin-Middlesex Canucks teams for the upcoming season—an incredible accomplishment that reflects their commitment to the game.
