📢 DIRECT BILLING UPDATE

I’m currently experiencing issues with the GreenShield provider portal, which is temporarily affecting direct billing for:

GreenShield
Empire Life
SSQ

Until the portal issues are resolved, clients with these insurance providers will unfortunately need to pay for their appointment directly at the time of treatment.

I will submit for you and provide you with the necessary information for your records. All claims during this time will be paid to the insured member.

I’m hoping to have this resolved by the end of next week at the latest and will provide an update as soon as direct billing is available again. 🤞

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I work through this! ❤️

Air Quality Update 🌫️

With the current smoky conditions outdoors, we’re still open and seeing clients as scheduled.

To help keep the treatment space as comfortable as possible, the front door will remain closed between clients to minimize smoke entering the clinic. If you arrive for your appointment and the door is closed, simply knock or send me a quick message and I’ll let you in.

If you’re experiencing respiratory symptoms or aren’t feeling well, please reach out and we can discuss rescheduling your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding, and stay safe while the air quality remains poor. 💙

A few of you guessed it correctly! 👏

The newest addition to the clinic is… pregnancy pillows! 🤰💙

These specialized cushions are designed to help expecting parents get comfortable during their massage by providing extra support where it’s needed most. Every pregnancy is different, so we’ll always adjust positioning to ensure your comfort and safety throughout your treatment.

Whether you’re dealing with back pain, hip discomfort, or just need some time to relax, prenatal massage can be a wonderful way to support your changing body.

Little ones are always welcome. 💙🧸

Life doesn’t stop when you become a parent, and neither should taking care of yourself.

If you need to bring your child along to your appointment, they’re always welcome in my clinic. Just let me know their age and a few of their favourite things ahead of time, and I’ll do my best to have toys and activities ready to help keep them entertained.

I also love that it gives children the opportunity to see self-care in action. Watching a parent prioritize their health helps normalize wellness from a young age and introduces massage therapy as a positive part of staying healthy.

Whether you’re coming solo or with your little sidekick, I want you to feel comfortable and supported. ❤️
