These treatments aren’t just vanity.

Every insecurity you carry takes up space. Not in a dramatic way. Just quietly, every day...

You angle your face a certain way in photos.

You think about your skin in a meeting.

You’re at dinner with people you love and part of you is somewhere else.

That’s not nothing... that’s your life.

When you remove the thing that’s been bothering you, you don’t just look different. you stop thinking about it.

And that mental space goes back to you.

That’s what we actually do here.

Research published in the European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education found that how people feel about their appearance has a direct and measurable impact on life satisfaction and self-esteem. Across all ages, across all genders.

It’s not shallow to want that back. it’s one of the most practical things you can do for yourself.

If your acne marks have been around for a while, a chemical peel alone might not be enough.

When pigmentation has had time to settle into deeper layers of the skin, Caitlin reaches for microneedling, and here’s the science behind why it works differently.

A chemical peel works chemically. It signals the skin to shed and regenerate from the outside in. Microneedling works physically. Tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which trigger the body’s wound-healing response. That response produces new collagen and elastin at a depth a topical treatment simply can’t reach.

The key advantage is control. We can precisely dial in how deep to go, getting into the dermal layer where older, deeper pigmentation and scarring actually live. That’s where real tissue remodeling happens.

If you’re not sure which approach is right for where your skin is at, come in for a consultation. We’ll look at the age of your scarring, your skin tone, and your history to figure out the most effective starting point :)

You finally got rid of the acne. Now you’re stuck looking at the marks it left behind.

Those dark or purple spots are called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). They’re one of the most common concerns we see in clinic.

They are SO frustrating to try and treat with skincare alone, as they don’t live on the surface of your skin, the pigmentation sits deeper.

That’s where a chemical peel comes in.

We’ve seen a lot of success with the Perfect Derma Peel (our most popular peel) for treating this type of discoloration. Here’s why it works so well:

It’s a medical-grade, medium-depth peel, meaning it goes beyond surface exfoliation and gets to where that pigmentation actually lives.

The formula combines several ingredients that work together at different levels of the skin:

- TCA drives the deeper exfoliation, breaking down the bonds between damaged skin cells so the body can shed them and start fresh

- Retinoic acid speeds up cell turnover, signaling the skin to regenerate faster

- Kojic acid interrupts melanin production

- Glutathione (a powerful antioxidant) helps brighten and even out the complexion as the skin heals

- Vitamin C adds another layer of antioxidant support and helps stimulate collagen

This works so well because it’s actively reprogramming your skin to produce less pigmentation and more healthy tissue.

As Caitlin explains, peels tend to work best when the PIH is more recent. The longer those spots have been there, the deeper they tend to settle. Which brings us to Part 2 and what we reach for when that’s the case - posted on our page!

Hey Andrea!

Tomorrow isn’t just another day. It’s the beginning of one of the biggest chapters of your life, and we couldn’t be happier for you.

From the day you joined our team, you’ve brought so much more than your talent. You’ve brought kindness, compassion, laughter, and a heart that genuinely cares about everyone around you. You’ve become such an important part of Infinite, and we’re incredibly lucky to have you.

A conversation about the barriers we put up for ourselves. Judgment of others often comes from personal insecurity.

Maturity and wisdom, mixed with influence, have really helped us connect with others. One of the best things you can do is encourage people to be themselves without the fear of outside opinions.

It’s pretty simple. If we’re for you, hit the like button. If we’re not, unfollow us. No negative energy is needed in this life. The world provides enough of that already.

Love,
Caitlin & Derek 🫶🏻

24 hours after my fractional CO2 skin resurfacing.

Everyone’s routine is a little different, but this is what I do.

I start with a gentle double cleanse. Overnight I have quite a bit of ointment sitting on the skin, so I want to remove that without rubbing or irritating everything.

Next is Hydrinity Restorative HA. My skin always feels tight at this stage, and keeping it hydrated makes a big difference for me. Sometime I’ll use Alastin, nectar (also love that product)

Then I apply ZO Soothing Ointment anywhere that feels like it needs a little extra protection. My goal in the first couple of days is pretty simple… keep the skin clean, keep it hydrated, and don’t do anything that slows down healing.

Tomorrow morning I’ll start using Colorescience Clear Shield SPF. After CO2, your skin is much more vulnerable to UV, so sun protection becomes part of the healing process.

I’ve learned over the years that the biggest mistake is trying to do too much. The first few days are really about leaving your skin alone and letting it do what it’s designed to do.

A life without microneedling would be a horror movie. 😱

This is Kylee’s actual skin journey since 2023

First photo: texture, large pores, uneven tone. After 3 sessions she thought nothing was happening (we get it, it’s tempting to quit here). But she kept going, switching to a bi-annual schedule, then maintenance 3-4 times a year with NCTF skin booster added in.

Now: smoother texture, smaller-looking pores, more even tone.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger your skin’s own collagen and elastin production. It’s not instant. It’s not magic. It’s consistency.

The plot twist nobody tells you: the boring part (showing up, sticking to the schedule) is the actual secret.

If you’ve been thinking about starting your micro journey, links are always out in our bio 🙂

Most people think Botox is just for spot treating certain areas, but when we treat the full face together, we actually get a more harmonious, natural result.

When we say full face Botox, we don’t use the same formula on every face. It means we’re looking at everything holistically and choosing the areas that make sense for your anatomy and your goals.

Areas we commonly include in a full face treatment:
Forehead
Frown lines (11s)
Crow’s feet
Bunny lines
Nasal tip + nostril narrowing
Lip flip
Gummy smile
Chin (mentalis)
Jawline + neck muscles (platysmal bands)
Neck skin (micro Botox for crepey texture)
Cheeks (micro Botox to reduce redness and minimize pore appearance)

Every treatment is built around YOUR face.

This is my favourite season yet! For my face at least. Joints and body? Different story.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve really made skin health a high priority. It didn’t happen overnight, and my goal was to feel like the version of myself that I thought would be the most aesthetic, but still natural.

If I look unnatural, I’ve gone too far, so please troll me.

One of my favourite treatments is Botox. It improves my complexion, reduces fine lines, and just gives this unreasonable glow. Filler and skin boosters have really helped keep my skin nourished with hyaluronic acid, but they’re placed strategically to be undetectable. I’d much rather look old than weird. Aging is a privilege. I don’t hate it… I respect it and control how I want to do it.

But also, physical activity, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare, sunscreen, and a little bit of luck have worked out for me. ;)

My favourite thing to do is offer patients a comprehensive plan. Some will accept it, others will adjust it to what works for them. My face and skin honestly took a ton of work 😅 and I’m still working on it.
