Great hearing care takes a great team — and a team that never stops learning! 📚

Our audiologists enjoyed attending the Canadian Academy of Audiology Conference in Moncton, New Brunswick, where they learned from experts, connected with colleagues, and shared in their passion for helping people achieve auditory wellness.

Great hearing care comes from committed continuing education!

We put our staff to the test to celebrate Thanksgiving… with a slice of fun! 😂

We shared a little Thanksgiving sweetness with our patients by handing out pumpkin and apple pies. 🥧🍂 We’re so thankful for our wonderful patients and love finding little ways to show our appreciation!

We hope your Thanksgiving is filled with good food, great company, and maybe a little pi(e)! 🦃✨

5K completed for a cause close to our hearts. 💗
Our Bentley Hearing “Sounds of Hope” team joined the CIBC Run for the Cure yesterday, bringing together our team members and their families to run, walk, and support an important cause.

Like many people, breast cancer has touched our own families and circles in one way or another. Yesterday was a reminder that we’re stronger when we show up for each other. 🎀 Proud of this team and grateful for everyone who joined us!

Celebrating 10 years of Jenn! 👂🥂

For the past decade, Jenn has been helping our patients hear better, connect more easily, and feel supported throughout their hearing journey.

We celebrated her 10 years with a team dinner, lots of laughs, and some Greek-style plate smashing! 💥 Thank you, Jenn, for 10 years of expertise, compassion, and dedication to your patients and to our team. We’re so grateful for you! ✨

Cookies, cleaning & a whole lot of care. 🍪👂✨

Our Cookies & Cleaning event gave patients a chance to stop by, have their hearing aids cleaned, enjoy some homemade cookies, and catch up with our team.

It’s just one of the little ways we show our ongoing commitment to caring for our patients throughout their hearing journey 🤍 We’re always happy to see you!

Your hearing deserves your money… just not all of it. 😂💸👂There are some hearing-care investments that are well worth it… and some that we’d happily help you skip.

Q-tips? Nope.
Ear candling? Definitely nope.
OTC amplifiers? Not the same as prescriptive hearing aids.
Hearing aids sitting unused in a drawer? We can do better.
Hearing care without proper follow-up? That’s a hard no.
“Miracle” tinnitus cures. Consult an audiologist for evidence-based care.

The best hearing care isn’t just about buying a device. It’s about finding the right solution, getting it fitted properly, and having an audiologist there to fine-tune and support you along the way.

Because the right care can make all the difference 🤍

Putting one of the best audiologists we know to the test! 👂🎧

Barb knows hearing aids, but even she couldn’t identify every hearing aid in a blind test! 😂 It’s a great reminder that hearing care is about so much more than the device itself.

The right technology, the right fit, and an audiologist who understands you — that’s what makes the difference. 🎧✨

Team building, Bentley Hearing style: add a little friendly competition and a whole lot of fun! 😂🏆

We spent yesterday afternoon at East Park taking on the Amazing Race—and despite the rain, this team was nothing but good sports! ☔️

Rock climbing, mini putt, batting cages, bumper cars and the driving range made for an afternoon full of laughs, teamwork and maybe a tiny bit of competitiveness. 😉
Wouldn’t want to do it with any other team! 🤍

Can an audiologist identify a hearing aid just by touch? 👀
We put our expertise to the test by making our audiologists close their eyes to see if they could recognize different hearing aids without looking. Some were surprisingly easy... others definitely weren't!
Because at the end of the day, it's not about choosing the "best" brand—it's about finding the best hearing solution for you. 👂✨

Hearing belongs on the list. 👂🧠
Taking care of your hearing is taking care of your brain.

This diagram outlines three key aspects essential for maintaining and improving brain health: increasing brain reserve, reducing brain inflammation, and reducing brain damage 🧠

Increasing brain reserve involves engaging in lifelong learning, participating in real-life cognitive activities, and preserving hearing, having meaningful and fulfilling relationships, and addressing mental health issues, which together help build a resilient brain capable of withstanding age-related decline.

Reducing brain inflammation focuses on protecting the head from traumas and maintaining healthy nutrition, as these measures can lower inflammation levels in the brain.

Reducing brain damage includes stopping smoking, addressing obesity, and managing conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol.

By focusing on these principles, individuals can take a comprehensive approach to brain health, starting from any point and making gradual, sustainable improvements without relying on quick fixes or vitamin concoctions.

Notice that exercise stands at the core of these principles, highlighting its central role in promoting overall cognitive well-being!

Which is an area you are working on and need to improve?
