Every day seems to bring its own kind of beauty, and we just keep imbibing it.
Today we hiked early morning around Emerald Lake (before the crowds arrived).
We were welcomed by the kind of colour that doesn’t look real until you’re standing in front of it. That particular colour that some people call green or emerald or even turquoise.
And as we’re taking in the splendour, we keep getting struck by awe in the little things too, like how the dew drops made their way down our window this morning, a story a fellow hiker spontaneously told us about falling in love, or how Nikita purrs in her favourite lookout spot.
Beauty doesn’t wait for the big moments. It’s just... there, if we slow down enough to catch it.

The Takawaka Falls in Yoho National Park are stunning 🤩 It feels like the power and majesty of the water, trees and air washes away the old and brings in the new 🤗
And if Life had a distinct scent for me (Sabine) it would be the smell of cool mountain air filled with the scent of pine and fir 🌲
