Health Zone Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic We provide effective, timely accessible primary health care services for individuals and families who encounter barriers to health or social care.

Health Zone NPLC is a team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, a Registered Social Worker, and Medical Office Assistants. We all work together to provide a wide variety of health care services to clients of all ages. We are currently accepting new clients! Our services include:

• Well baby, well child, well woman checks
• Family planning
• Immuniza

A screening mammogram can find breast cancer early, often before symptoms appear, when treatment is most effective and less invasive.
