September 30 is Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
We wear orange to honor residential school survivors, remember those who never returned home, and acknowledge the ongoing trauma carried by Indigenous families and communities.

Wearing orange is one way to show support, and, along with reflecting on the history and impacts of residential schools, we take steps toward a more understanding and compassionate future.
