🌙💚 REPRESENTATIVE APPRECIATION: TODD DOUGLAS 💚🌙
Every so often, someone walks through our doors and a brief conversation makes you want to learn a little more about the person behind the brand.
Meeting Todd Douglas was one of those occasions.
Todd is the Territory Manager for Ontario East with Cronos Group and represents Spinach throughout our region, but after doing a little homework, we quickly learned there is much more to Todd’s story than the title on his business card.
His roots in cannabis stretch back to Canada’s medical-cannabis era, before recreational legalization. His journey eventually brought him to Canopy Growth in Smiths Falls, where his knowledge and hands-on experience led to work in cannabis cultivation and education.
In fact, Todd’s journey was documented internationally in 2019 when Finnish public broadcaster Yle visited Canopy Growth’s Smiths Falls facility and featured Todd as one of the cultivation experts helping showcase Canada’s emerging legal cannabis industry.
Today, that experience comes with him into stores and communities across Eastern Ontario.
But perhaps the nicest thing we discovered wasn’t a job title or an article.
It was how people who have actually worked alongside Todd describe him: knowledgeable, dependable, supportive, generous with his time, and someone with an ability to elevate and educate the people around him.
After having the opportunity to meet Todd ourselves, that makes a lot of sense.
Todd, thank you for stopping by Moon Bud, for the great conversation, and for purchasing a couple of Spinach products for us to experience ourselves. More importantly, thank you for bringing years of genuine cannabis knowledge and enthusiasm into the communities you serve.
