We have a Babysitter Class coming up on November 13th at the Bord Aire Community Centre for our students.

We also have another one on November 21st East End Community Club

Participants will learn how to care for babies, toddlers and school age children, holding a baby, diaper changes, recovery for choking, recovery position, compression only CPR, safety and the business of Babysitting

Today is our Babysitter and Stay Safe! class

Participants will be learning important skills about safety, how to care for themselves and others, basic first aid, when to call 9-1-1, home, online and community safety.

Excited to be handing out a bunch more certificates to youth participants!

Stay Safe! participants are age 9-13 and the Babysitter participants are age 12-15.

Both will learn important first aid skills with hands-on practice, safety information, when to call 9-1-1, wound care, and
The babysitter course also has compression only CPR, the business of babysitting, how to care for infant to school age children.

Kids were awesome, games went well and their first aid and CPR practice was on point.
