Be assertive in your life where you need to be. Where you feel you need to set boundaries with others and yourself.

Don't allow others responses to make you feel guilty or that your being selfish.

Selfish = taking care of SELF.

Feel good that you are putting self first in all ways in your life.

It could be work related, friendships, family or a spouse.

When being assertive it doesn't mean you have to be angry, yell or be mean.

You can do this with gentleness.
