One thing Iβve started incorporating back into my routine over the past couple of months is smoothies, shakes, and fresh juices.
Today I hit that familiar midday slump, so I whipped up a high-protein chai mocha to keep me going.
Today's blend included cocoa powder, banana, almonds, chia seeds, whey protein powder, honey, vanilla oat milk, Tazo Iced Espresso Chai Tea, and a pinch of sea salt. Delicious, filling, and exactly what I needed to power through the afternoon!
