Wow! The summer sure got away from me.... and with the addition of a new puppy (in canning season. What was I thinking?!?) I have been making all kinds of goodies.. devils club salve, balm of gilead, calendula lotion, pickles, relish, and dilled carrots just to name a few! Soon there will be blueberry and peach jam!! And always home baked puppy treats!! :)

Good things to remember! I tend to bury my head in the sand (by that I mean pillows and blankets and netflix) when things get to be too much! I am learning to try not to overthink things. One step at a time.. thats how the turtle won the race!
