❤️ Canadian Red Cross Babysitter's Course ❤️

Give your child the confidence and skills they need to become a safe, responsible, and capable babysitter.

Our Canadian Red Cross Babysitter's Course is available on June 13th from
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM in Madoc and is designed for youth ages 11–15.

Throughout the day, participants will learn:
✅ Leadership and responsibility
✅ How to care for infants, children, and toddlers
✅ Basic first aid skills
✅ How to recognize and respond to emergencies
✅ Problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Tips for becoming a successful babysitter

This nationally recognized course helps youth build confidence, independence, and valuable life skills that extend far beyond babysitting.

I.C.E. Training Services is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Youth Summer Camp Crew this year!

This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to earn community involvement hours, gain hands-on experience working with youth, or explore a future career in education, recreation, childcare, emergency services, or other youth-focused fields.

We also welcome community members who are looking to get involved, support local youth, and make a positive impact in our community.

A very good point, and something to consider, that age does not play a role in heart attacks. I can still remember the look on a 10 year olds face who was suffering from a cardiac event - He had Kawasaki's disease.
