Healing happens by feeling.
If you cannot sit with your feelings, allow yourself to process them, and then release them, healing will eventually stall.
Many of us were taught to suppress, avoid, distract, or push emotions away. But emotions don’t disappear when they’re ignored. They get stored.
True healing isn’t about pretending you’re okay. It’s about creating enough safety within yourself to feel what needs to be felt.
The sadness.
The anger.
The grief.
The fear.
Not so you can stay there, but so you can move through it.
What you are willing to feel, you can heal.
