Maple Ridge Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic would like to give a big welcome to our newest Kinesiologist Sidney!

Sidney graduated in 2025 and received her Bachelor of Kinesiology, with a specialization in Exercise Science. With over 20 years of experience in sport, including more than five years of coaching, Sidney has spent much of their life involved in high-level athletics.

Sidney also has experience in functional anatomy, advanced exercise programming, and injury recovery. She looks forward to working with people to create personalized exercise plans and teach them how to improve their body function, reduce pain, and reach their goals!

Sidney is available for appointments Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning May 4, 2026!

Education and Certifications:

●Bachelor of Kinesiology, University of the Fraser Valley

●British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)

Treatments:

●Workplace simulation training

●Biomechanical assessments

●Sports rehabilitation

●WSBC rehabilitation
