🏃♀️🏃♂️ Congratulations to everyone who completed the Sporting Life 10K this past weekend!
We’re especially proud of our physiotherapists Julianna and Darryl, who both set a goal to complete the race and committed to the training needed to get there. Along the way, each experienced some unexpected soreness during training, but with a few small adjustments identified during a running assessment at the clinic, they were able to improve their comfort and keep progressing toward race day.
Sometimes it’s the small changes in strength, mobility, training load, or running mechanics that can make the biggest difference in how you feel on your runs. Whether your goal is your first 5K, improving performance, or simply running pain-free, having a plan that fits *your* body matters.
Even better, the event helped raise funds for supporting children with cancer or serious illness and their families ❤️
