For years, Émile followed the sport he loves from home. This summer, the 98-year-old from Lévis, Quebec, got to experience the excitement in person, travelling with his daughter to attend the US Open Men's Final in New York.

With surprise courtside seats and a front-row view of an unforgettable match, the trip exceeded every expectation.

Cruise Week took residents at Chartwell Wedgewood on a virtual trip to Sweden. After exploring Stockholm through a documentary, they hit the dance floor for an ABBA disco and line dancing party, complete with Swedish-inspired refreshments. A fun-filled afternoon of music, movement, and great company! 🇸🇪🍹

At Chartwell Retirement Residences Rouge Valley, community connection is at the heart of what we do. We were privileged to partner with the 105 Gibson Center as a sponsor for their vibrant Dragon Boat Festival Celebration!

Check out the video to see the innovative dragon boat race created especially for our local seniors. Our residents had a fantastic weekend filled with treats, smiles, and friendly competition.

We had a wonderful Bubble Tea Social with our residents! Many tried bubble tea for the first time and loved the fun, sweet, and chewy experience. A joyful afternoon of new tastes and happy smiles! 💛

Spring is here at Rouge Valley, and so are our newest little residents! 🐦

Our new hummingbird feeders are officially working, and we’ve already spotted some beautiful hummingbirds visiting the garden. Residents have been enjoying these special spring moments and watching them flutter around outside.
