What does your "quiet" look like...
In what ways are you filling your cup...
Do you know what loving boundaries you can hold that will keep your peace...

After our last full moon, I've shifted, or gone through a portal -- one or the other. But it has been a powerful evolution of my soul. One that has opened up so much awareness in me, and continues to do so. One that brought me home. And the more I cultivate this new frequency within by doing some seemingly simple things, the more I am SOUL HAPPY 😊

🎶 The Cure — Olivia Rodrigo

Some songs you hear. Others find you.
This one feels so raw and vulnerable to me. I hear it as a moment of awakening—the realization that the healing we’ve been searching for outside of ourselves has been within us all along.

That sacred moment when we stop looking outward for validation, love, or proof that we are enough…and finally turn inward.

Back to ourselves. 💜

One word I’ve been repeating lately is BELIEVE. Believe in yourself. Believe in your healing. Believe that you are becoming more you.

And lately, I’ve been feeling that shift in my own life. I’ve cut out processed foods and excess sugar, and honestly, I don’t even want that crap in my body anymore. I feel freer. More connected. More
me.

I’m also learning to fill my own cup—reading, walking in nature, learning guitar, and of course, singing my little heart out. 🎸🎶

And when that cup is full, what overflows feels like love.

Peace. Joy. Gratitude. Steadiness.

This is a vibration, friends. 💜

And it makes life feel so much more…alive. ✨

You might be creating the life you keep complaining about.

Yep. I said it.

Because what if your reality isn’t just about what happens to you…

but also about the energy you repeatedly bring to it?

I’ve been diving into frequencies lately, and it has me looking at EVERYTHING differently.

The food I put in my body.
The music I listen to.
The shows I watch.
The people I surround myself with.
The thoughts I keep rehearsing.

What if all of that is influencing the frequency I’m living from?

And I believe our intentions matter.

I believe we co-create with Source.

So I’m asking myself:

Am I consuming things that create the reality I actually want?

Because you can’t spend all day consuming fear, anger, negativity and chaos…

…and then wonder why you don’t feel peaceful.

Peace isn’t something you find when life finally behaves.

Peace is a choice.

And maybe changing your life starts with changing what you repeatedly feed your mind, body and energy.

So I’m choosing differently.

Different food.
Different thoughts.
Different sounds.
Different energy.
Different reality.

I’m not waiting for peace.

I’m choosing it. ✨

🆕️ This Fall at The Woods Studio, we are turning the volume up!

🎼In Harmony: A Community Singing Circle🎼

Because sometimes healing doesn't begin with advice. Sometimes it begins with someone saying, "Hey, I know that song." 💜

Some experiences are too big, too complicated, or too tender to put into our own words.

🫶So we borrow someone else's.

💟If you've ever found yourself belting out a song because it said exactly what your heart couldn't... this circle is for you.

🎶Once a month, we'll gather in a warm, supportive community where each person brings one song that gives voice to a part of their story. Together, we'll sing—not to perform, but to express. To feel. To move emotion through the body. To let our voices carry what we've been holding inside.

When we sing, something shifts. We validate our own experiences, witness one another without judgment, and remember that we're not alone. The songs become bridges—helping us find clarity, release what no longer serves us, and come back into harmony with ourselves.🥰

📚☕️We'll also enjoy guided journaling, oracle card pulls, coffee, tea, and heartfelt conversation in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

💕🎵No perfect voice is required. Just a love of music and a willingness to let it speak for you.

☀️Oh, July. You were definitely NOT gentle with me, lol!

👍🌿A great reminder this month that we are always co-creating with God/source/the universe. Lessons are never just randomly handed out. The frequency (our beliefs) we are living in reflects the life we see in front of us. Every challenge this month invited me to slow down, listen a little deeper, shift my energy (beliefs) and choose something new.

🫡I thankfully say good-bye July, and hey there, August. I'm showing up with a lighter heart and a clearer mind 🥰

🔥✨️ Before I burned them, I paused.

Four years of journals.
Four years of tears, breakthroughs, questions, heartbreak, healing, growth, and becoming.

📚 Every page held a version of me that was doing the best she could with what she knew. Last night, I thanked her... and then I let her go.

💜 As I burned each journal, something unexpected happened. A small piece of paper floated out of one of them and landed beside the fire. I left it there, continued burning the rest of the journals, and only when everything had turned to ash did I pick it up.

It read:

🌿 You are the quiet and the light ⭐️

Of all the thousands of words I had written over four years, those were the ones that remained 🥹

I don't know why that particular page found its way out, but in that moment, it felt like the only words I needed to carry forward 🫶

And somehow, today's full moon feels like perfect timing. Here's to lighter hearts, rested bodies, and new beginnings. 🌕🙌
