I want to thank the dozens of attendees that came to the Shine Wellness workshops over the last four weeks. We covered a lot of topics, learned together, asked great questions and have new wellness tools in our tool boxes. I appreciate the support from everyone who attended and many are already asking about future workshop topics. Medicine Hat has an amazing wellness curious community.
