Join families, friends, coworkers, and teammates as we get active, have fun, and support adaptive sport & recreation!

Whether you walk, wheel, swim, garden, hike, work out, or play your favorite sport - every minute counts 🌟 Participants will log activity minutes throughout the week for chances to win prizes, participate in fun theme days, and help raise awareness for adaptive sport programs.
