She is offering a Somatic Exploration & Grounding Session—a 2-hour, body-centered experience to slow down, reconnect, and support your nervous system through breath, guided awareness, and therapeutic table work.

This is a space to gently explore what your body has been holding, ask questions, and experience somatic support—without pressure or commitment to ongoing sessions.
