Direct billing available for most insurance companies. I was born and raised in Invermere, BC. I studied Kinesiology at Red Deer College before continuing in Massage Therapy in Calgary. I worked in Radium Hot Springs, BC until my family and I moved to Victoria, BC where we spent 6 years before moving to Medicine Hat in August 2012. My passion for health and wellness has lead me to courses in Reflexology, Sports therapy, and Fitness and Nutrition. I spend all my free time with my family, including my 2 children and husband Rob.

My shoulders ache,
My neck feels tight,
I slept all wrong
Again last night.

I stretch a bit,
I sigh, “Oh dear…”
Maybe it’s time
For a massage here! 🤭

Thankfully, my massages are much better than my poetry. 😉

🌟 Happy International Youth Day! 🌟

Today is all about celebrating the amazing kids and teens in our community!

I’m so grateful to the families who trust me with their children’s care. Whether it’s helping young athletes recover, easing growing aches and pains, reducing stress, or simply providing a safe space to relax, it’s a privilege to be part of their wellness journey.

Massage therapy can support healthy movement, body awareness, and relaxation at every age, and I love seeing so many young clients leave feeling happier, more comfortable, and ready to take on their next adventure.

Thank you to all the parents and guardians who have placed your trust in me. It’s an honour to care for your children and to be a small part of helping them feel their best.
