Due to an increased number of late cancellations and no shows as of recent, here is a friendly reminder of my Late Cancellation/No Show Policy. 📋
Patients will be charged the full cost of every appointment that they Late Cancel (not contacting me at least 1 hour prior to the start of their appointment) or No Show (not showing up to their appointment altogether). Late Cancellation/No Show fees are the patient’s sole responsibility and must be paid in full at the time of their next appointment. It cannot be run through a patient’s health insurance.
I get it- life happens and things can come up out of nowhere! In these situations, please contact me via email, phone call, or text no later than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
When a patient books an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for them. If that patient late cancels or no shows, it takes away an appointment time that could have gone to somebody else who needed it.
