Untamed Balance Yoga & Wellness Untamed Balance Yoga & Wellness, previously Health Above All, provides Reiki and Thai Reflexology services for overall better health and wellbeing.

Thia reflexology is an ancient Asian massage technique and has been used for more than 5000 years. Applications of Thai reflexology helps to improve health by stimulating activity of internal organs, improving blood and lymph circulation to sensory nerves. All of these sensory nerves are mainly rooted at the plantar area of the foot. Unique to Thai reflexology, a Massage Stick is used to access these zones.
