The question invites you to look at how much energy you are putting into being “right” in your life and in your points of view.

Imagine for a second that you never had to convince anyone else of anything or prove yourself…

That you could simply know what’s true for you…

That you could have the allowance of others to choose for themselves and believe different things…

Did you notice that the space expanded as we walked through that just now?
What would be possible from that space?

That, is the sense of freedom that comes with letting go of being right.

This is a great tool for when you’re clinging on really hard to something and feeling like you have to prove yourself.

Is anyone taking time for their own mental health these days? Or are we all too preoccupied with our masks to remember to stop and breath. I spent 15 min in a quiet meditation today and my mind wandered around as I tried to bring it back to peace. In the end, I did 15 min of something for me. Like going to the gym or eating healthy its easier when someone is there to help you.

So, let me help!

I will give you the peace you need by allowing you to relax for one whole hour away from your crazy world.
