It took awhile to coordinate a business meeting this morning, trying different communication methods: Zoom, Teams, Messenger. We're fortunate to have these apps for long distance communication.

I'm pleased with the outcome of the Our Life's Journey (OLJ) Facilitator Training Manual, and was glad to hear Romani's feedback. Writing the manual so it incorporated Terry and my different facilitation approaches, with focus on facilitation and OLJ, was a challenge.

Next step is the delivery. We look forward to working together, with the group of professional OLJ counsellors and facilitators. It will be heartwarming to see everyone again!

Now, I steer my mind away from business, take a short walk in the garden, and turn back to compiling my other writings.

FORT GOOD HOPE, NT: Terry will arrive in Ft. Good Hope, NT, and conduct a Community Information Session on the Impact of Trauma, September 28, 2022. At this meeting, he will speak about the importance of seeking supports after the traumatic incident. He will discuss the Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) services available to the community from Sept. 28 to Oct. 5. These include: meetings, CISD sessions, individual and family counselling services, and group sessions/sharing circles. Everyone is encouraged to participate. This is Terry, ummm...his feet; he's relaxing in the cabin after a day of delivering training. I'm glad to see him resting. In my opinion, he works too hard.The Addictions Workshop is going well. The participants are committed to working on themselves, counselors are doing a great job supporting them, the organizers who make this training possible are 'on the ball'. Jobs well done to K'asho Got'ine Charter Community and its team! I wonder if everyone has their feet up at the end of the day?
