Hi guys, time for a re-introduction since it’s my favourite month of the year (birthday month 😊). I’m Erica! I’m a chiropractor serving Oakville & Milton.

🎤 I sing and dance like nobody’s watching… except my husband, who’s definitely watching and wondering what he signed up for 💃🎶
🌲 I’m happiest outdoors—whether it’s hiking up a trail or strolling through the neighborhood with a podcast & music in my ears and sunshine on my face.
🍳 I love cooking up a storm in the kitchen! My husband plays the role of taste tester and brutally honest food critic (he takes his job very seriously).
📺 I’m hooked on dramas, mysteries, and crime series—if it’s suspenseful and binge-worthy, I’m in.
📚 I’m currently re-reading Outlive and loving it even more the second time around. Highly recommend if you’re into health, longevity, and nerdy science stuff!
